As AI Consultant (and prior Assistant CTO) at Avas Flowers, I led the end-to-end design and delivery of an AI automation platform — from architecture and development through deployment and ongoing optimisation. The solution integrates AI with existing CRM workflows to automate order processing, customer communication, and business intelligence pipelines. The platform runs on AWS and is built for reliability and scale.

Iolyte Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is the company I founded and ran as CEO from March 2023 to August 2024. I built the engineering team from scratch, established technology strategy and architecture standards, and delivered AI and cloud projects for multiple clients. The company operated out of Rajkot, India, and became a trusted partner for startups and growing businesses seeking engineering expertise and AI-enabled transformation.

GemGem Platform Modernisation

As Interim Chief Technology Consultant at GemGem (Sep 2024 – Mar 2025), I was brought in to modernise a legacy platform for a global gemstone marketplace operating across India and Hong Kong. I defined the technology strategy, led a platform rebuild, and managed cross-functional teams spanning engineering, QA, DevOps, and product. The engagement involved significant architectural decision-making under time pressure and coordination across time zones.
